Refund policy
Our goal is to make sure you love everything that you purchase from Simply Lyss, but understand that some items may need to be returned. We have a 14-day return policy, so if any issues occur, please make sure to reach out to us ASAP so we can fix it! When making a return, we only offer STORE CREDIT or an EXCHANGE.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and all tags must be in tact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If your return is accepted, we will email you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for stolen packages after the shipping carrier confirms delivery.
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly to inquire about the package.
